Eyleen Braaten, Owner/Senior Mediator

Eyleen Braaten has over seven years of experience in the field of mediation. She was trained in civil and family mediation by the Conflict Resolution Center of Minnesota and the Hamline University School of Law. She is a qualified neutral under Rule 114,  Early Neutral Evaluator, and Parenting Time Expeditor.



Eyleen works with a variety of conflict situations involving divorce, child custody, relationship rebuilding, and other family issues. Eyleen's commitment to solving problems  during mediation vs. debate lies as the key to her success. She is committed to a negotiation process where people feel listened to and encouraged by the mediator. She understands the complexity of divorce first-hand and helps people experience a thorough but quick settlement process. She helps people experience the possibility of a settlement and guides them through the actions to make it happen.

Eyleen recieved a BA in American Studies from Carleton College and attended the Master of Public Policy Program a the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Political Affairs at the University of Minnesota. Eyleen lives in Edina, MN with her husband and three children.
